ISM formed higher high and higher low to form a shaven black candle... bearish sign

32 and 65MA might act as support levels.

MANILA, Philippines--Smart Communications Inc., the cellular arm of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT), has sold its holding of 2.5 million shares of Eastern Telecommunications Philippines Inc. to ISM Communications Corp.

Remo Philippine Daily Inquirer The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas said 2013 could be a challenging year as far as preventing an even steeper appreciation of the peso was concerned, noting that a potential investment grade credit-rating for the country could drive more foreign portfolio investments.
