PSEi - dead cat bounce?

PSEi = 3058.26 ()

PSEi formed a white candle with higher low and lower high. Volume seems to be decreasing.

PSEi is feared to have been a victim of the dead cat bounce... Which can only mean that the recent downtrend is said to be intact...

Sad news...

But it will only be confirmed if PSEi fails to continue to form higher lows.

PSEi still oversold if we look at the RSI, but then again RSI is not that reliable if there is a trend.

Remo Philippine Daily Inquirer The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas said 2013 could be a challenging year as far as preventing an even steeper appreciation of the peso was concerned, noting that a potential investment grade credit-rating for the country could drive more foreign portfolio investments.
